  • STEP 1.Marinate the pork pieces with turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions. Cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until fragrant.
  • STEP 4.Add marinated pork pieces and cook until browned.
  • STEP 5.Add tamarind paste, jaggery, and water. Cover and simmer until the pork is tender.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.
