Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add the lamb pieces and brown them on all sides.
  • STEP 2.Add the onion, garlic, bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon stick, and dried chilies to the pot. Stir well to combine.
  • STEP 3.Pour in the beef broth and water, and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 2-3 hours or until the lamb is tender.
