  • 50 gram Feta Cheese, Crumbled
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Herbs
  • 1/2 cloves Cloves Garlic, Minced

  • 1/2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1.50 Sheets Filo Pastry
  • 12.50 gram Melted Butter

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 180��C (350��F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • STEP 2.In a large bowl, combine the feta cheese, chopped herbs, garlic, lemon zest, and olive oil. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Lay out a sheet of filo pastry and brush it with melted butter. Place another sheet on top and repeat the process until you have 3 layers.
  • STEP 4.Place a spoonful of the feta mixture onto the filo pastry and fold it into a parcel shape. Repeat with the remaining filo pastry and filling.
  • STEP 5.Place the parcels on the prepared baking tray and brush them with melted butter. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
