Ingredients for Siji rice ball Recipe

  • 0.33 cup suji
  • 2 tsp Rice flour
  • 0.33 Tbsp ree chilli chopped
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 0.33 tsp Muscat seeds
  • 0.33 tsp Urad daal
  • A Pinch Hing
  • 0.67 Tbsp Chill flacks
  • 1 Tsp coriander leaves- chopped
  • As Required Salt
  • As Required water

Directions: Siji Rice Ball Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat 1 tea spoon oil in a wok and added suji and rice flour and saute for a minute.
  • STEP 2.Mean while boiled water and salt in a pan.
  • STEP 3.Add the roasted suji and rice floor mixture into boiled water and mix very will.
  • STEP 4.Keep stirring continuously to avoid lumps until is from into a mass.
  • STEP 5.Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool down.
  • STEP 6.Meanwhile heat one glass of water in a steamer.
  • STEP 7.Once the suji mixture is cooled,tak lemon size mixture and shape into smooth, small balls.
  • STEP 8.Now place these balls in steamer pot, cover with a lid and steam for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 9.Heat oil in a pan and added mustered seed, hing, chilli flakes, udad daal and satue over a low flam for a minute .
  • STEP 10.Added the esteem suji rice ball to the wok and mix very will up and down so that all the tempering gets coated on to the balls.
  • STEP 11.Add coriander leaves and mix well, serve hot and warm.
