2 tablespoon Oil
45 piece Chinese cabbage white part cut into bite size at degrees angle 200 gm
2 No.s Dried red chilli roughly chopped
1 tablespoon Malt vinegar
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
1 teaspoon Sichuan red peppercorns
5 gram Ginger finely chopped
1 teaspoon Chicken powder

STEP 1.heat 2 tsp oil in a pan till smoking hot.

STEP 1. then add 1 tsp sichuan red peppercorns and stir fry for a few seconds.

STEP 1. next add 5 gm chopped ginger and 2 roughly chopped dried red chilies and stir fry for a few seconds.

STEP 1. add 400 gm white part of chinese cabbage cut into bite size pieces.
step 5
STEP 1. stir fry for about 2 minutes.

STEP 1.then add 1 tsp malt vinegar and salt to taste.
step 7
STEP 1.add 1 tsp light soy sauce and 1 tsp chicken powder and stir fry for 30 seconds.
step 8
STEP 1.transfer to a dish and serve hot.
