Easy and quick recipe to prepre.This is a type of a japanese recipe of Chinese-style dumplings, but changed to match Japanese taste just like Gyoza.Shumai is the well-known Dim Sum along with barbecue pork bun and shrimp dumpling.
STEP 1.1- soak the mushroom and squeeze the excess water, chop them and brown onions

STEP 2.2-combine pork, onions,cornstrach,mushroom and all other seasonings in a bowl , mix well.
step 3
STEP 3.3- take shumai wrappers and wrap the mixture , top with green peas on each of them
step 4
STEP 4.1- in a steamer lay the lettuce leaves flat and place the shumai over it
step 5
STEP 5.2- cook in a steamer for 10mins
step 6
STEP 6.3-mix soy sauce and vinegar and serve with mustard
