STEP 2.Add more oil in the pan and add the whole celery and dry red chilli to temper
STEP 3.At first fry the bitter gourd and keep aside
STEP 4.Now fry the egg plant pieces,keep aside
STEP 5.Add rest of the veggies,saute adding salt and turmeric powder
STEP 6.Cover the veggies and stir occasionally
STEP 7.Make a smooth paste of mustard and Poppy seed
STEP 8.Now add the fried bitter gourd,brinjal and lentil dumplings
STEP 9.Add water and cover it for 10 mnts or so
STEP 10.Finally add the paste and sugar,mix well
STEP 11.Sukto is ready to be served
