This shrimp and pasta combination is one of my husband's favorites. It's healthy, and he doesn't even know it. It's easy to double for company. Mary Kay LaBrie, Clermont, Florida.

1.50 cup Refrigerated Cheese Tortellini
1/4 pound Uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
3/4 teaspoon Olive oil, divided
1/2 teaspoon Grated lemon zest
0.06 teaspoon Pepper
dash Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Shallot, chopped
1/2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 can No salt added diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4 cup Clam juice
0.13 cup White wine
1/2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
1 sprig Fresh thyme
1 tablespoon Grated parmesan and romano cheese blend
1 tablespoon Half and half cream
2.50 Fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
1/2 tablespoon Minced Chives
As required Shredded parmesan cheese and minced fresh parsley, optional
