Ingredients for Shrimp & Tortellini In Tomato Cream Recipe
1/4 Package refrigerated cheese tortellini
1/4 pound Uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 tablespoon Olive oil, divided
1/2 teaspoon Grated lemon zest
0.06 teaspoon Pepper, divided
dash Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Shallots, chopped
1/2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 can No salt added diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4 Bottle clam juice
0.13 cup White wine
1/2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
1 sprig Fresh thyme
0.06 cup Grated parmesan and romano cheese blend
0.06 cup Half and half cream
2.50 Fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
1/2 tablespoon Minced Chives
As required Shredded parmesan cheese and minced fresh parsley, optional
