  • 1/10 Large poblano pepper seeded and diced
  • 1/5 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1/5 tablespoon All purpose flour
  • 0.15 cup Chicken
  • 0.07 cup Sour cream
  • 1/20 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • As required Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.03 cup Fresh cilantro chopped
