Ingredients for Summer Shrimp Creole Recipe

  • 200 gram Just over0.75 lb. cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 Medium bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 stalk Large celeryfinely chopped
  • 1.50 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 can Stewed tomatoes, chopped
  • As required Salt
  • As required Ground black pepper
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon Cayenne, adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Emiril's creole seasoning* i made my own from his recipe
  • 1/2 cup Fish stock or vegetable stock, i used low sodium vegetable
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
