  • 0.13 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.06 Treaspoon black pepper
  • 0.19 cup Stone ground grits
  • 1/2 cup Cabot sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 pound Jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined, i used 16 20 count
  • 0.06 inch 6 strips bacon cut in strips
  • 1/4 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 Cloves garlic sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • As required Hot sauce optional to taste
  • 1/4 tablespoon Italian parsley fine chop for garnish
  • 1/2 tablespoon Scallions thinly sliced on bias for garnish
  • 0.13 cup Grape tomatoes cut in 1/2 long way as garnish
