  • 1/4 tsp .cardamom powder- ..
  • 0.38 cup Powdered sugar- ...
  • As required Dry fruits...kesar strands (optional)

Directions: Shrikhand Recipe

  • STEP 1.Place the hung Curd in a bowl and add sugar ...chopped Dry fruits...cardamom powder ...a Few Strands Of Kesar And Mix it really well with the help of a whisk . Whisk till the sugar melts completely . Refrigerate it for half an hour
  • STEP 2.Strain the mixture through a sieve to get a perfect creamy and soft final product . Refrigerate it for an hour and serve chilled.
