Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • STEP 2.In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • STEP 3.In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes, followed by half of the ground beef, onions, and carrots.
  • STEP 4.Season with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs and spices.
  • STEP 5.Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, ground beef, onions, and carrots.
  • STEP 6.Pour the tomato soup and beef broth over the top of the casserole.
