STEP 1.Cut the flat beans to half . Wash in plain water . Heat oil in the pan. Add the flat beans in it. Deep fry them. Take a bowl. Add mustard powder , curd ,salt and turmeric powder in it . Add little water . Make a paste . Add green chilli on pan. Then add the paste . Cook in low flame. Now add the fried flat beans on the paste. Keep them a good mix with spatula. Cook in medium flame and covered the pan. After 5 minutes switch of the flame and serve hot with steamed rice.
