Ingredients for Shezwan fried rice Recipe

  • 0.71 cups Leftover or freshly cooked rice
  • 0.43 tbsp Butter
  • 0.14 tsp Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.14 cup Green peas
  • 0.43 Pieces Capsicum sliced
  • 0.14 cup Green beans
  • 0.21 cups Cabbage shredded
  • 0.14 tbsp Ginger shredded
  • 0.29 Packet Schezwan mix ready made sachets
  • 1/25 cup Freshly chopped coriander

Directions: Shezwan Fried Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.a pan, heat butter and oil both.
  • STEP 2.Saute ginger and all the vegetables until crisp.
  • STEP 3.Add salt according to taste. The ready mix also is spicy and has salt added in it.
  • STEP 4.Add both the ready mix sachets.
  • STEP 5.Mix well and garnish with coriander for a lovely and an aromatic rice.
  • STEP 6.Enjoy!
