  • 0.33 Package italian sausage, i used applegate sweet italian sausage it came with 4 links in one pack
  • 0.67 Peppers, any colors are fine
  • 0.33 Medium onion
  • 5 ounce 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 0.33 cup Sliced mushrooms, optional
  • 0.11 cup Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.17 teaspoon Red pepper flakes, more or less to taste
  • 0.17 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.17 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.67 can Large zucchini, you also use yellow squash or carrots
