This is my family's favorite greek dish. Lamb is marinated overnight, then threaded onto skewers and grilled. The meat is served on a pita bread with a zesty, garlicky yogurt sauce. This can be served with a greek salad and rice pilaf.

1/4 pound Lamb, cut into 1 inch square cubes
0.06 cup Olive oil
0.13 cup Red wine
0.13 teaspoon Salt

0.13 teaspoon Dried oregano
0.13 tablespoon Dried mint, crushed
0.13 Clove garlic, chopped
1/2 cup Plain yogurt
0.13 Cucumber, shredded
1/2 Cloves garlic, minced
