  • 0.38 cup Chinese greens quickly boiled and then run under cold water to stop the cooking process

  • 0.06 pound A shrimp peeled and deveined minced
  • 1/4 Green onion minced
  • 0.13 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 0.13 tablespoon Rice wine or dry sherry
  • 0.06 teaspoon A salt
  • 0.06 teaspoon A sugar or sugar alternative optional

  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger fresh finely grated
  • 1/4 Cloves garlic peeled and minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sesame oil

  • As required Water little bowl
  • 0.13 tablespoon Rice flour or cornstarch or a sheet of waxed paper
  • As required Water for boiling wontons
  • As required Salt add to water to boil wontons
  • 1/4 cup Cool water
  • As required Pasta water from cooking wontons
