Ingredients for Shakkar /Gud and Namak pada(Diwali special) Recipe

  • 1/5 As Required For namak pade dough
  • 1/10 cup Refined flour
  • 1/10 Cups Whole wheat flour
  • 1/5 tsp Salt
  • 1/5 tsp ajwain
  • 1/20 cup Ghee
  • 0.40 tbsp Semolina flour
  • 1/20 tsp Sugar
  • 1/20 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/5 tbsp Curd
  • 1/5 tbsp water
  • 1/5 tbsp Semolina flour
  • As Required For Shakkar/Gud Pade Dove
  • 1/10 cup Refined flour
  • 0.40 tbsp Semolina flour
  • 0.40 Tbsp Whole wheat flour
  • 1/20 g Ghee
  • 0.40 tbsp Sugar
  • 0.40 tbsp Milk
  • 1/5 tbsp Milk
  • 0.40 tbsp Semolina flour
  • As Required oil fir frying
  • As Required For jaggery syrup
  • 0.40 tbsp water
  • 0.40 cups Jaggery
  • 1/5 tbsp Sesame seeds

Directions: Shakkar /gud And Namak Pada(diwali Special) Recipe

  • STEP 1.PROCESS
  • STEP 2.FOR MAKING NAMAKPADE DOUGH :-
  • STEP 3.In a bowl add refined flour, whole wheat flour, salt, ajwain and ghee mix it properly untill it looks like bread crumb consistency.
  • STEP 4.Now add semolina flour, sugar, baking soda, water and curd and knead a semi hard dough.
  • STEP 5.Then finish it by adding semolina dough and knead it once and cover and keep aside for 20-30 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Take the dough and roll it using a rolling pin and cut into your desired shape.
  • STEP 7.And deep fry in a medium hot oil until golden brown and crispy, remove and keep aside to cool down.
  • STEP 8.FOR SHAKKAR/GUD PADE DOUGH:-
  • STEP 9.In a bowl add semolina flour, refined flour, whole wheat flour, milk, ghee and mix it properly untill it looks like bread crumb consistency.
  • STEP 10.Now add sugar, milk and knead semi hard dough and finish it by adding semolina flour and knead it once properly and keep aside fir 20-30 minutes.
  • STEP 11.Now take a dough and roll it by using rolling pin and cut into your desired shape.
  • STEP 12.Deep fry them into golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 13.Remove and let them cool a little, then add them in the jaggery syrup and mix it properly until everything coated completely.
  • STEP 14.Let it cool down and set it properly and store in a airtight container.
  • STEP 15.FOR JAGGERY SYRUP:-
  • STEP 16.In kadai add jaggery ,water and cook them untill a soft ball consistency of the syrup.
  • STEP 17.Switch off the flames and add white sesame seeds and keep aside for further use.
  • STEP 18.Enjoy this shakkar/gud and namak pada as snaks or breakfast with a hot tea or coffee...
