  • 1/4 cup Rice
  • 0.19 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.13 cup Pineapple chunks
  • 2.50 Pieces Cashews
  • 2.50 Pieces Almonds
  • 2.50 Pieces Raisins
  • 1/2 Pieces Cardamoms
  • 1/4 Pieces Cinnamon stick
  • 1 Pieces Cloves
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • A Few Saffron strands
  • 3/4 drop 3-4 drop
  • 1 Pieces Pineapple slices
  • 1/2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Melted butter

Directions: Shahi Zafrani Pineapple Pulao With Caramalised Pineapple Rings Recipe

  • STEP 1.First wash & soak rice for 1 hour. Now in a big bowl boil water & add cardamom, cloves & cinnamon stick to it. Now cook it till it is almost done. Now drain water & keep rice aside. Dissolve saffron strands to the milk. Now take ghee in a heavy bottomed pan. Add cashews, slmonds & raisins to it. Roast it lightly. Now add some rice to it. Add sugar & saffron milk to it. Put rest of rice & pineapple chunks on it. Cover it & cook at low flame till sugar dissolves & rice completely cooked.Stir it gently. Garnish it with dry fruits & pomegranate seeds. Take pineapple rings, apply butter & brown sugar on it. Now heat grilled pan & grill it till sugar melts.
