Ingredients for shahi toast rabadi Recipe

  • 1 cups Milk
  • 0.67 tbsp Sugar
  • 0.17 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 4 pieces 12-15 keshar threads
  • 0.67 tbsp pieces cashew nuts almonds
  • 0.33 cup Sugar
  • 0.33 cup water
  • 0.17 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2 pieces Bread slices
  • As Required Desi Ghee

Directions: Shahi Toast Rabadi Recipe

  • STEP 1.After heating the milk, add sugar to it and bring it to a good boil, after the milk becomes thick, add saffron threads, cardamom powder, cashew almond pieces and make rabdi.
  • STEP 2.Cut the bread slices into triangles and put them in hot ghee and fry them till they become golden crispy
  • STEP 3.Now add sugar and water in a vessel to make a string syrup and add cardamom powder and mix it well. Now take out the fried bread slices by dipping them in the syrup
  • STEP 4. In a serving dish, place the bread slices taken out from the sugar syrup and serve it by adding rabdi and cashew, almond pieces on top.
