STEP 1.After heating the milk, add sugar to it and bring it to a good boil, after the milk becomes thick, add saffron threads, cardamom powder, cashew almond pieces and make rabdi.
STEP 2.Cut the bread slices into triangles and put them in hot ghee and fry them till they become golden crispy
STEP 3.Now add sugar and water in a vessel to make a string syrup and add cardamom powder and mix it well. Now take out the fried bread slices by dipping them in the syrup
STEP 4. In a serving dish, place the bread slices taken out from the sugar syrup and serve it by adding rabdi and cashew, almond pieces on top.
