Ingredients for Shahi Paneer Recipe

  • 1/4 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 Pieces sliced chopped onions
  • 1/4 inch chopped ginger & garlic
  • 1/2 Pieces tomatoes for purie
  • 1/4 cup water
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 tbsp Kashmiri lal mirch
  • 0.13 tbsp kasuri methi
  • 50 gm Paneer cut into cubes

Directions: Shahi Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pan,heat 1 tbsp butter and saute cardamom, cinnamon and cloves.
  • STEP 2.Now add onion, garlic and ginger to it and saute till onion softens.
  • STEP 3.Now,add tomatoes and cook
  • STEP 4.Add 1 cup water and salt.
  • STEP 5.cover and cook till it softens completely.
  • STEP 6.Make a smooth batter in a blender once it is completely cool.
  • STEP 7.Keep it aside
  • STEP 8.In a kadai ,heat butter and add jeera and bay leaf to it.
  • STEP 9.Add turmeric powder and Chilli powder.
  • STEP 10.saute forca while.
  • STEP 11.Add tomato-onion puree to it and mix well.
  • STEP 12.Add malai and mix properly.
  • STEP 13.Add cubes of paneer and mix well.
  • STEP 14.Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 15.Now kasuri methi and garam masala. mix well.
  • STEP 16.Serve with roti or naan.
