Ingredients for Shahi Paneer Recipe

  • 100 gm Paneer
  • 1 Pieces Big tomatoes
  • 1/2 packet of ITC premix (#on egravymanydishes)
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 g tb sp grated beetroot
  • as required water

Directions: Shahi Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.I have prepared restaurant style shahi paneer with ITC premix.
  • STEP 2.Heat butter in a wok. Add tomato puree (I prepared it by grating tomatoes ). Saute for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Add ITC premix. Cook it in tomato puree. Adjust the consistency of mixture by adding water slowly.
  • STEP 4.Now add paneer cubes and mix. Simmer it on low flame for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves and grated beetroot with rice or parantha. As I have prepared it with premix it takes less time in cooking.
