Shahi paneer is one of Vegetarians favourite recipe’s. I have not used onion and garlic in this recipe . Taste is like restaurant style . You will love it when you will try for once.
Ingredients for Shahi paneer ( No onion No Garlic ) Recipe
200 g m paneer
8 Pieces Tomatoes
1 Inch Ginger
1 Pieces reen chilli
20 Pieces cashew
1 Pieces dalchini stick
10 Pieces Black pepper corns
1 Pieces moti Elaichi
1 Pieces star Anise
1 Pieces tej patta
4 Pieces cloves
3 g reen cardamom
1/4 Tsp jeera
1 Tsp Ajwain and sabut dhaniya each
2 Cup lass water
7 A Few kesar
2 Tbsp Tablespoon fresh cream
To Taste Salt
1 Tsp sugar
2 Tbsp Tablespoon degi mirch
Directions: Shahi Paneer ( No Onion No Garlic ) Recipe
STEP 1.First take a wok and add tomatoes, ginger , green chilli , cashews and all spices.
STEP 2.Add water and cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
STEP 3.Now cool it and discard , moti elaichi, star anise and tej patta from it.
STEP 4.Now churn and sieve it.
STEP 5.Cook it for 15 minutes.
STEP 6.Add kesar milk .
STEP 7.Cook for another 10 minutes.
STEP 8.Now add cream and sugar.
STEP 9.Shahi paneer is ready .
