Ingredients for shahi moti pulav #rice Recipe

  • 1.50 g Bowl rice
  • 1/2 Tbsp Bay leaves
  • 1 Pieces Cloves
  • 1/2 g 1-2 G
  • 1/2 Pieces Cinnamon
  • As Required for moti
  • 1/4 g rated paneer
  • 1 tbsp cashews powder
  • 1 Kg Boil potatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 tbsp 2-3 tbsp
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • As Required For Pulao
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Anise
  • 1 A Few piece black pepper
  • 1/2 As Required 2-3 cloves bashed g
  • 1 g 2-3 g
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger chilli paste
  • 1/2 A Few Onion slice
  • 1/4 cup Mix vegetable
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Pulao masala
  • 0.13 cup Curd
  • 1/4 cup Mint
  • A Few Coriander leaves
  • 0.13 cup Milk
  • 2.50 Tsp 1/2 tsp- saffron strands(soaked in 2 tbsp
  • 3.50 A Few Cashew
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Shahi Moti Pulav #rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take the rice and wash it and soak it for half an hour. Take one utensil and boil water in it then add salt, cinnamon, cloves, bay leave, cardamom. Then add rice in it and boil them nicely. Then when the rice are steamed, take out the water out of it. Rice are ready.
  • STEP 2.Now take another utensil and heat the oil. Add ghee in to it then. After that add anise, cardamom, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon. Then add onion in it. After that add green chilli, ginger paste and then add the vegetables. Then put all the masala in it. Then till the vegetables are done, we will make the moti of paneer.
  • STEP 3.Now take an utensil and put all the ingredients of moti in it and mix them. And make small circles like ladoo from it. Now put these circles on medium flame and fry them. Now take the vegetables utensil and put curd (first blend the curd and then put it). Then cut and add mint and coriander leaves.
  • STEP 4.Then put the paneer moti in it. And add rice in it. Then add kesar milk in it. Now put cashew in the ghee and fry them. Now put it in the rice. Now cover the rice for 5-7 minutes. Shahi Moti Pulao is ready. Serve it with raita and put silver foil in top of the moti to decorate it..
  • STEP 5.Ready to eat delicious shahi moti pulao.
