  • 1/4 Litre Ltr full cream milk
  • 1 Tbsp Powdered makhana
  • 18.75 g m Coarse makhana
  • 50 g m Condensed milk
  • A Pinch Saffron - few strands
  • 1/4 Tbsp Warm milk for soaking saffron
  • 12.50 g m Samak rice
  • 1/4 Tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 Litre Ltr full cream milk
  • 1 Tbsp Powdered makhana
  • 18.75 g m Coarse makhana
  • 50 g m Condensed milk
  • A Pinch Saffron - few strands
  • 1/4 Tbsp Warm milk for soaking saffron
  • 12.50 g m Samak rice
  • 1/4 Tsp Cardamom powder

Directions: Shahi Makhana Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.TAKE A PAN,AND ADD MILK AND BOIL IT AT LOW FLAME.IN ANOTHER PAN,BOLI SAMAK RICE.
  • STEP 2.ADD BOILED SAMAK RICE TO THE MILK AND KEEP STIRRING
  • STEP 3.MICROWAVE MAKHANA FOR 2-3 MINUTES.GRIND THE MAKHANA AND FORM A POWDER
  • STEP 4.ADD POWDERED AND COARSE MAKHANA TO BOILED MILK AND MIX WELL.
  • STEP 5.ADD CARDAMOM POWDER ,SAFFORN STRANDS SOAKED IN MILK,DRY FRUITS AND CONDENSED MILK
  • STEP 6.SIMMER AND KEEP STIRRING
  • STEP 7.REFRIGERATE AND SERVE CHILLED.ENJOY!!
