  • 1/4-1/2 ginger tukra
  • 1/2 Green chillies chopped
  • 1/4 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped
  • As required Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red chillie powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 0.13 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2-3/4 Dry kashmiri red chillies
  • As required oil for deep frying plus very little for making dish
