Ingredients for Shahi goand paak Recipe

  • 50 gram goand
  • 125 gram Wheat flour
  • 100 grams Ghee
  • 62.50 grams Suger
  • 37.50 Litre ml of water
  • 62.50 grams Mawa
  • 1/4 Cups Dry fruits as much as u can
  • 3.75 Pieces Black papper corn

Directions: Shahi Goand Paak Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Take kadhai heavy bottom add ghee and make it hot
  • STEP 2.2. Add edible goanf and fry it till.it get fluffy and double in size
  • STEP 3.3. Add all d chopped dry fruits like almond,cashews , pistachios, makhana and kishmish...fry and keep a side
  • STEP 4.4. Now add wheat flour in this ghee and roast tull it get golden colour
  • STEP 5.5. Now add mawa and make it roast for a while
  • STEP 6.6.tale vessel add euger and water and let it mix and add in kadhai and stir it add goand and peper and mix till thick consistency
