Directions: Shahi Dryfruit Rice Recipe
STEP 1.First wash and drain rice and keep aside and then fry onion for birista and then fry dry fruits and keep aside
STEP 2. Now keep thick bottom pan on gas add ghee and then oll khada masala like cardamom,pepper ,chakriful ,cinnamon,clove, tej patta and then water which is double amount of rice quantity and salt and when it get boil add rice and let rice cook on medium flame .when it will get cook Spread it to get cool down.
STEP 3.Now take a thick bottom pan and add oil and tomato paste and fry nicely then add haldi ,michi powder and salt and sugar fry till slightly brown and then add dahi and half coriander and pudina and keep on stirring till oil comes out .Our Masala Is Ready.
STEP 4.Now make layers in another pan first rice then all masala then pudina ,coriander and dryfruits and birista and then again rice and again same on top rice and then garnish it with pudina ,coriander,birista and then dryfruits and add 2tsp ghee and close lid and keep on gas for 4 min. on low flame
STEP 5.Our healthy ,tasty, super delicious rice is ready to eat .Serve with raita ,papad.
