Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add ghee and saut茅 onions until golden brown. Add cashew paste and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add the fried chicken pieces to the pan and mix well with the onion-cashew mixture.
