This is a very popular gujarati side dish which i like very much. It is a curry made of tomatoes and sev. It is a very easy and a no-fuss recipe and i love having it with plain chapatis for a light dinner. Country......uae.

1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
1 teaspoon chopped garlic

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
