Ingredients for Sev tamata nu shaak Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Sev
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 Tbsp Oil
  • 0.13 cup Onion chopped
  • 1/2 g reen chilli (chopped)
  • 1 Pieces Tamatar chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp Tea spoon red chilli powder
  • 1/4 Tsp tea spoon Haldi powder
  • As Required As per taste Salt
  • 0.13 cup water
  • 1/4 Tsp Lemon juice

Directions: Sev Tamata Nu Shaak Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan
  • STEP 2.Once the oil is hot add cumin seeds, and let crackle for few second
  • STEP 3.Add green chilli, add onion and fry until it turns translucent.....
  • STEP 4.Now add tomatoes cook until it become soft..now add all spices nd add water and cook for oil seprate and boil.Now add sev and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn off the flame. Add lemon juice,fresh coriander leaves.
  • STEP 5.And ready to serve with Roti...
