1/4 cup roasted bringal, garlic, chillies and crushed sesame seeds
Directions: Sesame Seeds Chutney Recipe
STEP 1.Roast the white sesame seeds for a few minutes.
STEP 2.Make a fine paste of the sesame seeds, mustard oil, and roasted garlic and chilies.
STEP 3.Take a frying pan and deep fry some chilies in mustard oil. Add the temper on the chutney.
STEP 4.Roast black sesame seeds on high flame. Crush the sesame seeds as well. Add the sliced onion, salt, mustard oil, and lemon juice.
STEP 5.Make a paste of the roasted brinjal, garlic, chilies, crushed sesame seeds, and salt.
STEP 6.Once paste is ready, add sliced onions and lemon juice, chilies, and mustard oil on top.
