Sesame Pak Choi Recipe

Sesame pak choi is a fabulous oriental accompaniment, perfect to serve with noodles, rice or any other main course. It makes use of common ingredients like sesame seeds, sesame oil and soy sauce, and can be prepared in a jiffy. The toasted sesame seeds give the pak choi a nice nutty flavour, while soy sauce gives it the traditional oriental touch. A great way to increase your intake of green veggies, the pak choi is sure to appeal to everybody in your family. Just remember to moderate the amount of salt you use, because salt is added while blanching and in the dressing; plus soy sauce always contain salt. So, use very little quantity of salt at each step. You can also try other pak choi recipes like pakchoy noodle salad and brinjal and brinjal and bok choy in blackbean sauce.
