Ingredients for Semolina Porridge/Breakfast Bowl Recipe

  • 2 Tbsp Semolina sooji/rava
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • Cup 1/2 cup milk
  • As required Ground nutmeg, or 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • As required Flavorings that be added inch cinnamon or 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder or 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder or 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • To Taste Honey
  • 4 Pieces Digestive biscuits
  • 8 Pieces Strawberries

Directions: Semolina Porridge/breakfast Bowl Recipe

  • STEP 1.To begin making Semolina Porridge Fruit & Nut Breakfast Bowl Recipe first heat a saucepan and add semolina/sooji, water, milk and cook everything together to make a thick porridge. Keep stirring to avoid the porridge from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
  • STEP 2.Cool the Semolina Porridge completely and add honey to taste, vanilla extract and cinnamon powder. Break the Nutri Choice Digestive Zero Biscuits into smaller pieces and keep aside.
  • STEP 3.Now to assemble the Semolina Porridge Fruit & Nut Breakfast Bowl take a bowl or a jar of your choice.
  • STEP 4.Add the broken Nutri Choice Digestive Zero Biscuits at the bottom and spoon half of the Semolina porridge on top of the biscuits. Layer with strawberries or any other seasonal fruits like kiwi or banana on top of the semolina porridge.
