Ingredients for Semolina Cake Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Semolina
  • 1/4 cup Mango puree
  • 62.50 grams 250 grams
  • 0.08 cup Cooking oil
  • 0.06 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 0.13 cup chopped dryfruits
  • 1/4 tbsp tbsp dryfruits for garnishin
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 0.13 tsp Baking soda

Directions: Semolina Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all prepare mango puree. Cut the mangoes and extract the pulp. Just blend for 30 seconds. It should be a smooth consistency.
  • STEP 2.Chop nuts and keep them aside.
  • STEP 3.Mix the dry ingredients like semolina, baking powder, chopped nuts very well.
  • STEP 4.In another bowl add mango puree, 1/2 tin of Nestle milkmaid and oil. Mix them well.
  • STEP 5.Now add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and combine them well, there should not be any lump. Keep this batter for 20 minutes. Semolina will become soft and moist.
  • STEP 6.Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 180C.
  • STEP 7.Grease a baking pan and pour this batter. Garnish with some

  • STEP 9.tap it 2-3 times and bake for 30-40 minutes.
  • STEP 10.Insert a knife and check. If it comes clean, cake is ready.
