Ingredients for Seekh Kababs Recipe

  • 1/2 kilogram Beef boneless cubes
  • 14-15 Lehsan cloves
  • 2 inch Adrak
  • 1 medium Pyaz cubes
  • 2-3 Hari mirch
  • 2 tablespoon Podina
  • 2 tablespoon Hara dhania
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 tablespoon 0.5 sabut dhania roasted and crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Lal mirch crushed
  • 1 tablespoon 0.5 Zeera roasted and crushed
  • 1 As required 0.5 tsp or Namak
  • 1 As required tsp or Lal mirch powder
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1-2 tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking Oil

Directions: Seekh Kababs Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a bowl,add beef boneless cubes,garlic,ginger,onion,green chilies,mint leaves,fresh coriander,baking soda, garam masala powder,coriander seeds,red chili crushed,cumin seeds,salt,red flavorer and blend well.

step 2

  • STEP 2.In a chopper,add beef with spices & chop till well combined.

step 3

  • STEP 3.In a bowl,add beef mince mixture,ghee & knead well for 4-5 minutes,cover & refrigerate for one hour.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Dip hands in water & take a mix (55g) and create kababs of equal sizes on skewer.

step 5

  • STEP 5.In pan,add vegetable oil and fry kababs on medium flame from all sides till done (approx. 6-8 minutes)

step 6

  • STEP 6.Serve with raita!
