STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, add water, salt, lemon juice, sugar powder, Oil & Turmeric powder, mix well, add Besan, beat with a whisker for 5 min. or until smooth batter consistency. Add baking soda & mix before steaming.
STEP 2.Put the dhokla batter into a greased baking tin & place into a steamer. Steam for 15 min.on medium flame. After that steam for another 5 min.on low flame for perfect spongy Dhokla.
STEP 3.Now take out from steamer & cool slightly.
STEP 4.For Schezwan Tandoori marination, into a mixing bowl, add hung Curd, black Salt, Chaat masala, Chopped Coriander leaves, Schezwan Sauce.
STEP 5.Mix together properly. Keep aside.
STEP 6.Demould dhokla from backing tin. Cut in to square pieces. Dip each side of dhoklas into the prepared marination.
STEP 7.Heat 2 tbsp oil into a pan, fry the marinated Dhoklas until golden brown colour on each sides.
