In this recipe i have prepared paratha using spicy schezwan sauce, lots of vegetables and variety of flour. This is fusion dish; indian paratha with chinese stuffing. Quick, different and healthy, this paratha tastes heavenly.
1/2-3/4 As required salt Rice flour/wheat flour – tbsp for dusting rolling board
0.38 cup For Stuffing – mushroom – minced
0.06 cup carrot – Minced
0.13 cup cabbage – minced
1/4 Green capsicum – medium minced
1.25-1.50 garlic Cloves – Minced
1/4 tablespoon Grated ginger
0.13 cup Spring Onion bulb– finely chopped
1-1.25 Coarsely ground green chilli – Hot
0.38 tablespoon Szechwan sauce
0.19 cup Grated processed cheese
1/4 tablespoon Oil
As required Salt
1/2 tablespoon Spring Onion leaves– finely chopped for garnishing
