  • 4.17 g Kashmiri red chilli
  • 4.17 g spicy red chilli each
  • 0.17 Pieces Finely chopped garlic
  • 0.17 Pieces Finely chopped ginger
  • 0.17 Tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 0.08 tsp Soy sauce
  • 0.08 tsp Vinegar
  • 0.08 Tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup Basmati rice
  • 0.17 Tbsp Garlic finely chopped
  • 0.17 Tbsp Spring onion
  • 0.08 Pieces Onion
  • 0.17 Pieces capsicum Half
  • 0.08 Pieces Carrot
  • 0.83 Pieces Beans
  • 0.33 Tbsp ) vinegar
  • 0.33 Tbsp Schezwan sauce
  • 0.08 Tsp Salt
  • 0.33 Tbsp Spring onion
  • 1/2 cup Basmati rice
  • 0.17 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 0.33 Tbsp schezwan saice each

Directions: Schezwan Fried Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.schezwan sauce :
  • STEP 2.soak the chillies in hot water and blend it. heat oil add garlic, ginger saute then add the paste cook for two minutes and add tomato sauce, vinegar, pepper powder and salt mix well.
  • STEP 3.fried rice :
  • STEP 4.soak the rice for 15 minutes and cook for 3/4 th consistency. drain the water. heat oil add garlic, all vegetables. stir fry ( do not over cook ) and add salt, vinegar and sauce. mix and add cooked rice. Mix gently and serve hot
  • STEP 5.serve hot with sauce
