schezwan fried rice is the most favorite dish to my grandchildren. it’s chinese based recipe that’s been adapted around the world. the spicy, sour tase of the sauce gives water in the mouth 😋 and eyes 😀
STEP 2.soak the chillies in hot water and blend it. heat oil add garlic, ginger saute then add the paste cook for two minutes and add tomato sauce, vinegar, pepper powder and salt mix well.
STEP 3.fried rice :
STEP 4.soak the rice for 15 minutes and cook for 3/4 th consistency. drain the water. heat oil add garlic, all vegetables. stir fry ( do not over cook ) and add salt, vinegar and sauce. mix and add cooked rice. Mix gently and serve hot
STEP 5.serve hot with sauce
