  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • STEP 2.In a large ovenproof skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook until browned on all sides.
  • STEP 3.Remove the sausages from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the onions, carrots, and potatoes. Cook until the vegetables are slightly softened.
  • STEP 4.Add the garlic, thyme, and tomato paste to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  • STEP 5.Pour in the chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer.
  • STEP 6.Return the sausages to the skillet and nestle them among the vegetables. Cover the skillet with a lid or foil.

  • STEP 8.Remove the lid or foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
