STEP 1.Dry roast the sattu or chickpea flour in non-stick pan. Remove the roasted flour in separate bowl.
STEP 2.Add chopped onion, chilies, coriander leaves, salt, mango pickle, mustard oil and mix it gently.
STEP 3.Add water if need to make a dough consistency mixture. Keep aside to further used.
STEP 4.Combine wheat flour, salt and water to prepare regular type of dough for parathas. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes to set.
STEP 5.Now divide the dough and stuffing into equal portions.
STEP 6.Roll each portion of dough and place the stuffing in center and close the edges tightly.
STEP 7.Roll again using rolling pin and dust with flour if needed.
STEP 8.Heat the Tawa on medium flame.
STEP 9.Place the rolled chapati and cook the paratha from the both sides till to golden brown and crisp using oil or ghee.
STEP 10.Serve the hot parathas with curd and chutney.
