STEP 1.Boil potatoes, remove their peels and smash them. Preparation of paste of green chili, coriander, garlic, ginger, curry leaves.
STEP 2.Make mint chutney by adding mint, coriander, green chili, garlic, ginger, salt in a mixer jar.
STEP 3.In a bowl add onion garlic masala, chaat masala, roasted coriander cumin powder, salt and mix well. This dry masala is ready.
STEP 4.Now add green chili paste to the mashed potatoes and mix them well to make small balls.
STEP 5.Make a batter by adding gram flour, rice flour, turmeric, asafoetida, baking soda, salt and water as required in a vessel. Cut the pav in the middle and apply mint chutney to one side and dry masala chutney to the other.
STEP 6.Now put a ball of potato vegetable in the chutneyed pav, close the loaf, dip it in the batter of gram flour and fry it in the heated oil till it becomes golden.
STEP 7.Fry the Sandwich Vadapav on medium flame till golden brown.
STEP 8.Cut Vadapav hot sandwiches in the middle and serve with chutney and sauce.
