STEP 1.Make dough with maida, water and salt. Keep aside.
STEP 2.Pressure cook potato, carrot, beetroot and peas with little salt for 1whistle.
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and saute it.
STEP 3.Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes.
STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala powder, jeera powder and saute it till raw smell goes.
Strain the water and add cooked vegetables and stir well. Sprinkle water if needed.
Mix well and check for salt. Add few drops of lime and mix well. switch off.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Make small balls from the dough. Spread the balls like chapati. Make 3 chapati and place one above the other by spreading oil and maida in between each chapati.
Heat the tawa and place the chapati and slightly toss it without getting burnt. If it gets little heat you can easily separate one by one without tearing. Once the chapati is taken out of the tawa cut into a samosa sheet shape.
Make rest of the dough in same way.
In a bowl add 2sp maida and water and make a paste.
Now take samosa sheet, apply maida paste on sides and roll the sheet. Now fill the samosa pocket with masala and cover the pocket with paste.
Do the same with other sheets. You can make veg roll with same process, instead of samosa sheets you take 1 chapati and place the masala at the edge and roll it and seal with paste.
You can make stuffed Parathas also. You can make with your convenient shapes yet the tastes are same.
Make all the samosas or veg roll and keep it ready.
Take a pan and heat oil for deep fry. Once the oil gets hot add samosas/veg roll and deep fry it till it turns brown.
Serve hot with ketchup.
