  • 0.40 cup Cooked toor daal
  • As required Any vegetables of your choice like
  • As required Small shallots as per choice
  • As required Drumsticks as per choice
  • 1/5 cup Pumpkin
  • 1/5 cup Carrots
  • 1.40-1.60 Tomatoes
  • As required Lemon size tamarind balls squeeze in water and keep aside
  • As required Salt
  • 1/10 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 0.40 teaspoon Sambhar powder
  • 0.15 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/5 pinch hing
  • As required oil to saute the vegetables
  • 1/5 tablespoon ghee for tempering
  • 1/10 teaspoon mustard seed
  • 1/10 teaspoon methi seeds
  • As required Curry leaves and coriander leaves as per choice
  • 1/5 dry red chilli
