Ingredients for Salsa Rosada Recipe

  • 1 No.s egg
  • 2 tablespoon diced white onion
  • 4 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 cup sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 8 No.s roma tomatoes peeled, seeded and diced
  • As required Salt

Directions: Salsa Rosada Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. prepare mayonnaise by blending egg, onion, and lime juice until the onions are completely crushed.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Continue blending and add oil gradually into it until mayonnaise begins to thicken.

step 3

  • STEP 1. add salt and milk to the mixture.

step 4

  • STEP 1. add in the diced tomatoes and blend it again.

step 5

  • STEP 1. soak the potatoes in cold water for about 30-35 minutes.

step 6

  • STEP 1. drain and dry the potatoes using a paper towel.

step 7

  • STEP 1. hear oil in a pan and add the potatoes and cook until they are tender.

  • STEP 1. remove the fries and place them on top of paper towels to drain the oil and let cool for an hour.

  • STEP 1. re-heat the oil and add fries to it.

step 10

  • STEP 1. cook them until they turn golden and crispy.

step 11

  • STEP 1.fry the sausages separately in an oil pan for about 3 minutes.

step 12

  • STEP 1. transfer the sausages and fries to a paper towel to get rid of excess oil and serve immediately.
