Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Marinate the salmon fillets in the mixture for about 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 5.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
  • STEP 6.Add the marinated salmon fillets along with the marinade and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
