Ingredients for Salmon & Feta Wilted Spinach Salad Recipe

1/4 cup Quinoa, rinsed
1/2 cup Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
1/2 teaspoon Olive oil
2 cup Coarsely chopped fresh spinach
1/2 cup Grape tomatoes, halved
0.13 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
1/2 tablespoon Minced fresh oregano
0.06 teaspoon Pepper
