STEP 1.In a pan dry roast black pepper, coriander seeds, cumin seeds. Once roasted grind it in a blender.

STEP 1.In a bowl add ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, oil, and mix everything and add chicken.

STEP 1.Cover the chicken with this mix and leave it for 15 minutes.

STEP 1.Take a baking tray and place the chicken in it and pour the marinade on it.

STEP 1.Cover it with an aluminium foil and keep it in preheated oven for 15 minutes at 200 degree celsius for 45-50 minutes

STEP 1.After 15 minutes take it out and remove the foil.

STEP 1.Keep it in for another 15 minutes then change sides and cook for 15 more minutes.

STEP 1.Heat a piece of coal and keep the coal in the center of the tray.

STEP 1.Add some ghee on top of burning coal and cover the tray with foil.

STEP 1.10 take a bowl and add dry roasted masala, dry ginger, dry mango powder, cardamom powder and black salt. Mix well.

STEP 1.Sprinkle this masala mix on the chicken and cover the tray with foil.

STEP 1.Keep it in the switched-off oven and your sajji is ready to be served.
